These terms cover your use of the Rise Advantage website and the free tools on it. By using the site you agree to them. We’ve kept them plain and short.

The free tools

Our tools (the missed-call calculator, website grader and AI visibility check) are provided free, as a helpful guide. The results are estimates and automated checks — useful, but not a formal audit or professional advice. Use your own judgement before making business decisions off the back of them, and feel free to book a call if you want us to look properly.

Your details

When you give us your email or contact details, please make sure they’re accurate and yours to give. We handle them as set out in our Privacy Policy. Don’t use the tools or forms to submit anyone else’s personal data without their permission, or to do anything unlawful.

What’s ours

The Rise Advantage name, branding, copy, tools and design on this site are ours. You’re welcome to use the tools and share your own results, but please don’t copy or resell the site or tools themselves.

Availability & liability

We aim to keep the site and tools running smoothly but can’t promise they’ll always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we’re not liable for any loss arising from using (or being unable to use) the free tools or site. Nothing here limits liability that can’t legally be limited.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version always lives on this page.
