Rise Advantage (“we”, “us”) builds lead-generation systems for UK service businesses. This policy explains, in plain English, what we collect when you use this website, why, and what you can do about it. We keep it short on purpose.

What we collect

• Your email address and any details you type in when you use one of our free tools (the missed-call calculator, website grader or AI visibility check) or when you submit the contact / booking form (name, phone, email and your message).
• The inputs you give a tool — for example the website address you ask us to grade, or the business name and figures you enter — so we can produce and email you the report you asked for.
• Basic, anonymous usage analytics(which pages are viewed, roughly where from) via Vercel Analytics. This is aggregated and doesn’t identify you personally.

Why we collect it

To deliver the specific report or reply you requested, and to follow up by email about how we could help your business. That’s it. We don’t sell your data, and we don’t share it with anyone except the processors below who make the tools work.

Who processes your data

• GoHighLevel — our CRM. Your contact details are stored here so we can send your report and reply to you.
• Vercel — hosts this website and provides the anonymous analytics.
• Google PageSpeed Insights and Google Gemini — used to run the free tools against the website address or business details you submit, so we can generate your result.

These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and data-protection terms. Some may store data outside the UK; where they do, they rely on standard safeguards for international transfers.

How long we keep it

We keep your contact details for as long as we’re in touch about working together, or until you ask us to delete them — whichever comes first.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link in any message, or just reply and ask. To exercise any of these rights, email theo@riseadvantage.co.ukand we’ll sort it quickly.
