Hi, I’m Theo.
I started Rise Advantage because I got tired of watching good businesses waste money on marketing that didn’t work. Not because the businesses were bad — but because the agencies they hired didn’t understand that ads alone don’t generate leads. Systems do.
Before Rise Advantage, I spent six years in digital growth — running campaigns, building websites, and learning the hard way what actually moves the needle for service businesses. The answer was never just ‘better ads’ or ‘more content.’ It was building the entire machine: the ad that captures attention, the page that converts, the CRM that follows up, and the data that tells you what’s working.
